About the event
As Holy Week continues, we invite you to a deeply meaningful Maundy Thursday Service on April 17 at 6:00 pm at Grand Avenue United Methodist Church. This sacred evening will be a time of reflection, remembrance, and community as we walk in the footsteps of Jesus on the night of the Last Supper. Together, we will:
✝️ Share our favorite Bible passages as we reflect on Christ’s love and sacrifice.
👐 Participate in a symbolic washing of hands, following Jesus’ example of humility and service.
🍞 Experience the sacred gift of Communion, drawing near to Christ’s presence.
🥖 Share a simple meal of bread, cheese, and fruit in remembrance of the Last Supper.
This will be a holy and intimate gathering where we come together as a faith family, preparing our hearts for the journey to the cross and the hope of Easter. All are welcome.
